Yes, we offer monogramming on most items!

We outsource monogramming to local companies. As a courtesy to our customers, items can be left at Swaddle after purchase and picked up when monogramming is complete. This is simply a convenience to avoid an extra trip to a monogrammer.

Monogramming process takes 1-3 weeks. Monogramming fees start at $25 and increase based on complexity and size.

We are not responsible for monograms, and customers will need to contact the monogramming company directly if unsatisfied, as we have no direct involvement in the embroidery process. Once your item is monogrammed, you cannot return the item for a refund or exchange since the item is personalized.

All packages are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Standard Shipping is $8.50 which is 3-5 business days via USPS.

Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the in-store purchase. If your purchase was shipped to you, your return must be delivered to our store within 14 days of when you received your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are nonrefundable.
