Refunds and Exchanges

We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of the in-store purchase. If your purchase was shipped to you, your return must be delivered to our store within 14 days of when you received your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still intact and returned in original condition
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and no odors
  • Masks, underwear, pacifiers, teethers are final sale
  • Special order and custom items are final sale


We have local monogramming companies from which you can select. As a courtesy to our customers, items can be left at Swaddle after purchase and pick up when monogramming is complete. This is simply a convenience to avoid an extra trip to a monogrammer! Monogramming fees start at $12 and increase based on complexity and size. We are not responsible for monograms, and customers will need to contact the monogramming company directly if unsatisfied. We are simply offering a pick-up option as a convenience, as we have no involvement in the monogramming process. Once your item is monogrammed, you can not return the item for a refund or exchange since the item is personalized.
